ROJKT01 – RESERVATION OFFICER (JAKARTA BASED)

Job Description

1. To propose detail itineraries based on customers’ requests.
2. To send out booking confirmation based on customers’ agreed itineraries.
3. To make reservations based on customers’ booking confirmation.
4. To work together with Tour Coordinator to confirm reservations based on the resources availability.
5. To modify reservations based on customers’ requirements.
6. To handle all advance deposits received by customers.
7. To record all reservations neatly and accurately on company’s system.
8. To issue invoice to customers and handle due payments.
9. To check incoming letters and faxes than distribute to whom it may concerned within the Operation Department.
10. To prepare all necessary travel documents i.e. passports, visas, endorsements, etc.
11. To handle all onward reservations.
12. To update customers’ history records, travel agency/company records and account receivable records on a regular basis
13. Promptly prepare VIP and Reservation reports.
14. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Job Description

1. Cultivate and manage branded online communities on the client’s behalf using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
2. Write, write, write — compelling social media copywriting to create engagement in channels.
3. Source interesting, relevant content and adapt it for use in social channels.
4. Interact with community members in real-time in channel, by answering questions and mediating conversations.
5. Identify the most engaged and influential community members for outreach and amplification opportunities.
6. Coordinate social media activity with client’s broader marketing and communications plans.
7. Track channel and content performance, identify trends, and forecast future results.
8. Analyze data from social platforms and reporting tools to extract actionable insights, develop strategic approach and report results.
9. Ensure that quality work is delivered time and again with minimal revisions.
10. Proactively keep team management informed of project status and suggest solutions when challenges arise.
11. Constantly look for opportunities to grow knowledge and skills by being involved in training sessions and seeking out additional learning opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from college or university in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 2 years of professional level corporate or education-related social media experience.
• Top-level skills in social media tools for online engagement, including native platform tools, publishing tools, and reporting tools.
• A driving passion for social media and building community in the education and education technology spaces.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to write professionally for varied audiences and interact on a daily basis with clients and communities.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and meet absolute deadlines.
• Sharp wit, a desire to learn and a willingness to work during non-standard business hours, if needed.
• Graphic design experience and proficiency with basic design tools is a plus point.
