TEDXB02 – TOUR EXECUTIVE (DUBAI BASED)
Job Description
- Provide clients with services required as per agreed itineraries in accordance to clients requirements.
- Assist Clients with all their requirements during Tour.
- Manage all the required documents and paperworks required in tour execution.
- Working with all suppliers, partners, and Tour Coordinator to deliver tour execution.
- Comply with all Company’s policy and procedures including but not limited to Tour Operation standard procedures and HSE policies.
- Deliver excellence operation during tour execution

- Administrational tasks e.g. checking visa requirements & applicationn and coordination of Tours requirements
- Phone, fax and email attendance of any clients requirements
- Provide clients with Tour packages and services in accordance to clients requirements
- Arrange Tour Fulfillment by making/changing tour bookings, bus reservation, hotel booking
- Follow up Clients confirmation, payment and documentation

ROJKT01 – RESERVATION OFFICER (JAKARTA BASED)
Job Description
- To propose detail itineraries based on customers’ requests.
- To send out booking confirmation based on customers’ agreed itineraries.
- To make reservations based on customers’ booking confirmation.
- To work together with Tour Coordinator to confirm reservations based on the resources availability.
- To modify reservations based on customers’ requirements.
- To handle all advance deposits received by customers.
- To record all reservations neatly and accurately on company’s system.
- To issue invoice to customers and handle due payments.
- To check incoming letters and faxes than distribute to whom it may concerned within the Operation Department.
- To prepare all necessary travel documents i.e. passports, visas, endorsements, etc.
- To handle all onward reservations.
- To update customers’ history records, travel agency/company records and account receivable records on a regular basis
- Promptly prepare VIP and Reservation reports.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time

- Cultivate and manage branded online communities on the client’s behalf using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Write, write, write — compelling social media copywriting to create engagement in channels.
- Source interesting, relevant content and adapt it for use in social channels.
- Interact with community members in real-time in channel, by answering questions and mediating conversations.
- Identify the most engaged and influential community members for outreach and amplification opportunities.
- Coordinate social media activity with client’s broader marketing and communications plans.
- Track channel and content performance, identify trends, and forecast future results.
- Analyze data from social platforms and reporting tools to extract actionable insights, develop strategic approach and report results.
- Ensure that quality work is delivered time and again with minimal revisions.
- Proactively keep team management informed of project status and suggest solutions when challenges arise.
- Constantly look for opportunities to grow knowledge and skills by being involved in training sessions and seeking out additional learning opportunities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from college or university in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Up to 2 years of professional level corporate or education-related social media experience.
- Top-level skills in social media tools for online engagement, including native platform tools, publishing tools, and reporting tools.
- A driving passion for social media and building community in the education and education technology spaces.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to write professionally for varied audiences and interact on a daily basis with clients and communities.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever changing environment and meet absolute deadlines.
- Sharp wit, a desire to learn and a willingness to work during non-standard business hours, if needed.
- Graphic design experience and proficiency with basic design tools is a plus point.
